Our mission
Pet owners make dozens of decisions every week — how much to feed, whether a symptom is serious, which breed fits their home, what a vet visit should cost. Most of those decisions get made with outdated rules of thumb, brand marketing, or nothing at all. We built PawCalculator to put practical, transparent methods in the hands of every owner, for free, with no account required. Our guides are written in-house and are educational only — not a substitute for your own veterinarian.
How we make money
PawCalculator tools and guides are free. We keep the site running through display advertising (Journey by Mediavine / Grow) and occasional affiliate links to products we mention. Affiliate commissions never change our calculator formulas or editorial recommendations. Calculations still run entirely in your browser.
